Lonac s janjetinom i bijelim grahom
1.5 kg of lamb
20dkg of bacon
Salt and Paper
2 cloves of garlic
3 smaller leafs of bay leaves
4dcl of beans
3-4 Tablespoons of tomato juice
Soak the beans the day before.
Next day salt the water and leave the beans to cook for an 1h with onions.In a mean time slice the meat on the smaller pieces and fry on the frying pan for a few minutes. After you have fried the meat, take the meat out and fry onion and bacon. One onion and bacon are golden – place the meat, onion and bacon in to the cooking dish, add the drain beans, tomato, bay leaves and finely chopped or mashed garlic.
Add enough water to cover the meat and beans and cover it. If needed add more water as the beans need to be soft. Serve the meal as hot as possible.
